Hip and Knee Pain

Hips and knees keep our body stable. They keep us walking, running, standing, and dancing without falling over! For our bodies to work harmoniously, our hips and knees must work together to become these weight-bearing joints.

Child Physiotherapy

The hip being the largest ball and socket joint, we use it for almost everything. We often overuse it, breaking down the cartilage which later results in discomfort and in some cases, injury. The knee is a hinge joint that supports the majority of our weight.
