P.O.T.S.

P.O.T.S stands for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. It is a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system that controls everything that is “automatic” such as blood pressure, heart rate, etc. PT will help with regulating exercise, heart rate and more!

Posture Re-Training

Many of us spend a lot of time on the computer, for work or for fun. Being in this position for long periods of time can lead to slouching, where the shoulders roll forward and the head tips forward. Your PT will work with you to strengthen the muscles on your back to combat these issues.

Pre/Post Surgical

Post-surgical rehabilitation ensure return to full function and help you regain full range of motion in the affected area. Prehab sets you up for success before you head into surgery. 

Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome
