Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy is a specialized treatment that consists of “hands-on” techniques used to mobilize muscles, joints, connective tissue and nerves to facilitate healing and restore function.

Blood Flow Restriction

This therapy increased strength and muscle size without the stress of loading heavy weight on the body. It has become popular because it helps both rehabilitating individuals with injuries as well as helping healthy athletes gain and maintain muscle strength. BFR is an adjunct to exercise therapy that helps muscle get stronger without using heavyweights or high intensity exercises. This is beneficial to a patient rehabbing after injury or procedure because patients often experience muscle stiffness or atrophy due to low activity level.
If you’re a healthy individual, BFR can help you build and maintain muscle without the risk of injury or soreness that comes with high intensity lifting.

Trigger Point Dry Needling

Trigger point dry needling (TPDN) is a neuromuscular technique to address muscle tightness and spasms. This approach is used to manage musculoskeletal pain and mobility dysfunction for a variety of conditions such as compressed nerves, decreased mobility, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome, among many others. An assessment is performed by our trained physical therapists to determine if this approach is suitable for you. We will review your mobility, strength, and neurologic status to analyze the likelihood of achieving the desired outcome.

Physical therapy providers are recognized by the Department of Homeland Security as an essential service. We will remain open. We are able to practice within the recommended CDC guidelines and we are following local government mandates. We are offering and encouraging telehealth when appropriate. We now offer telehealth solutions through our EHR system: PtEverywhere. A virtual Physical Therapy visit is where we can instruct, educate, and even work along side you through various exercises.

Running Mechanics

Receive a thorough treadmill analysis to assess your biomechanical movements faults. Slow motion video will be captured from three different angles to determine where the breakdown may be occurring and how to fix the issue.
